I forgot what the link was to this tutorial, but it did seem appropriate for Halloween.
Anyway, the first thing I thought of was that "Drink Me" potion from Alice in Wonderland. I've only seen a few scene from that movie, but I know Alice got big when she ate some cookie or sweet labeled "Eat Me". She then shrank when she drank the potion.
