Basically it is a 64 x 48 px picture scaled to 400% (256 x 192 px) with some dithering to achieve additional colors and fit to the MSX's limitations.

Yes, you're absolutely right! Originally it should meant to be a Screen 3 picture, but I ran out of the colors very quickly, so I decided to cheat a little bit.
