because i tried it and it almost works like a virus.
it changed my login screen without my permission and added a lame startup sound.

Since U obviously cant read I urge the person beside U to read out loud 4 U the following things:
In the text below the preview in the submission can people who actually read see this:

Also tell him that he gave permission the same time he made his own choice to doubleclick on the install.cmd

so i turned off the uac then ran the program in administrator mode and when the installation was complete i restarted my pc and nothing, the icons were the same. I tryed to install token icons using icon packager or tuneup but they dont change all the icons. Please help

yes i have... well i managed to install the pack using icon packager but the icons of running programs on the taskbar won't change

UPDATE: Ok, so something is definitely up.
I've restarted twice and get the same problems; and plus iTunes doesn't even work now either, as in it lags and does not want to play any songs at all.
I don't know what happened but I'm gonna have to uninstall this.

Hey, great work on this iconpack installers.
This is my first time using one of these and it ran/installed flawlessly* and quickly.
*The act of installing and changing icons and the visual appearance worked but I think it may have caused a few problems.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (Build 7600). The installer didn't change my login/logoff screen but probably becuase I used a pre-existing program (specifically designed to finely change my login/logoff screen). In regards to this, everytime I shutdown (it used to do so with now running programs preventing it) but now explorer.ext (logoff sound) prevents me to shutdown without forcing it close first.
Another weird issue is that my MPC-HC (Media Player Classic-Home Cinema) started bugging, kept freezing and crashing, and my browsers were crashing due to Shockwave locking up. (I honestly don't think a few image tweaks would cause 3 programs to get buggy, or at least I hope not).
I'll do another restart and tell you if they are still occuring. Ever heard of these problems? (They never existed prior to running and using the Iconpack Installer) so it just seems coincidental at the moment.

Run this X64 [link] or X86 [link] so U can see which icons U should change.
The file type icons U have to add in the program that U use as a default. In winamp for example U have to open winamp.exe with restorator and change the filetype icon. Theres no easy ways U know if U want it perfect

To change the uTorrent icon U have to browse to app data and locate the uTorrent folder. In there u place the icons named as this [link]

I have fixed Ur explorer with restorator. U can also use reshacker when U want to change exe and dll files.

Thankyou, great work with the installer! It worked perfectly for me.
I noticed one icon it didn't change, i've googled around, but couldn't find a solution.
It's the 'open' folder icon, it appears when a folder is selected in explorer. It's next to the 'organize' button. It shows the default explorer icon, obviously i'd like the token explorer icon there instead. Any ideas on the location of that icon? I have restorator, so i just need the location if you know it.

The icon U want to change is located in explorer.exe

I sorted the problem with Restorator. I dunno why, but yesterday the icon wasn't changing - but i did it today and it changed, so i guess it was just a glitch!
