With a captivating blend of elegance and poise, Neptune graces the Milky Way Galaxy Team with her presence. Accustomed to a life of opulence and privilege owing to her esteemed status within COSMOS, Neptune exudes a fickle yet charming personality, delighting in the finer things in life and reveling in pampering and attention. The girliest amongst her celestial peers, Neptune takes immense pride in her appearance, dedicating meticulous care to her makeup and adorning herself in high-fashion attire. She exudes sophistication in elegant gowns and dresses, effortlessly commanding attention wherever she goes.

Under COSMOS's caste system, Neptune holds the prestigious title of Fracking Planet, the second highest rank beneath Life Planets. Fracking Planets wield formidable, destructive powers and are entrusted with the solemn duty of harvesting the residual quintessence of dying, non-sentient planets. This harvested energy fuels COSMOS's technological advancements, contributing to the betterment of the universe. Neptune herself commands the power of the cosmic seas, bending the energy of the deep ocean to her will with unparalleled mastery. With this ability, she stands as one of the most formidable members of the Milky Way Galaxy team. According to her older twin brother, Uranus, If she really wanted to, Neptune is capable of flooding an entire star system—though this remains merely a rumor.

A bit of a recluse, Neptune maintains a strained relationship with her teammates. While she can be cordial with most of the other planets, her aloofness and arrogantly snobby attitude often keep them at arm's length. Her relationship with Venus, in particular, is tumultuous due to their polar opposite personalities. Neptune exudes calmness, primness, and propriety, while Venus is temperamental and rough around the edges. Their stark differences frequently lead to clashes whenever they are in each other's presence, with Neptune having a knack for getting under Venus's skin. Neptune also exhibits the coldest demeanor among all the planets towards Kamran, the human child chosen to be the new planet Earth. Often, snubbing any attempts he makes to bond with her. The only individual Neptune seems to have any semblance of a connection with is her brother, Uranus. However, their bond is tenuous at best, as they share very little in common and Uranus is utterly terrified of her. He often caters to her every whim, going to great lengths to avoid provoking her wrath. This dynamic resembles more that of a mistress and her bumbling servant than that of genuine siblings.
