Be careful when buying lunchboxes to get Dwellers. You might get double of the same person. Example: Two Bittercups (from Big Town), two Butchs. My mom had up to, no exaggration, FIVE Amatas.
The game reauires a lot, A LOT, of babysitting unless you buy a Mr. Handy and set him to auto collect. At the bottom right corner of the screen is a Pip Boy icon. It will slide upward and at the top of that option menu is a lunchbox. Press it and you can buy one Mr. Handy for one dollar or five for 5 bucks.
When you have a resource room (power generator, water plant, diner) you can rush it to get more of hat resource and some caps. The number of caps you get depends on the percentage of the likelihood you will fail the rush. If there's an 11% chance you fail and you pass it, you'll get 11 caps.
If you fail the rush one of three things will happen: fire, radroach, or mole rat attack.
You can send Dwellers into the wasteland to get loot to better your vault like guns, caps, and outfits that boost one-to-four of their SPECIAL stats.

One quick thing, and I promise it will be short.
If you have a pregnant Dweller and she hasn't given birth that might because of one or two, maybe both, things. It hasn't been a couple of hours or your vault is too full. To tell if your vault is full, look at the top left corner. If the vault door icon is pulsating, it means you need more/upgrade barracks. If it has a gold glow, that means your at your max limit for Dwellers.
