I made this for the competition that MDHR held on twitter. Even if I dont win, I still had fun drawing this (even if it is a bit rushed). I'm glad I was able to draw more Cuphead after the the *cough* previous Cuphead fan art i did.Oh yeah, I also hand drew the CRT filter because Autodesk doesn't come with one. If I could get any info on how to add a CRT filter that'd be great.
