Perhaps you meant that background.
And it doesn't matter that much. Animators have never taken care of background buildings been always in their places and don't get new parts from season to season. They always show up in different places and got new parts and change their design. So we don't have such a thing as the canonical look of the city and you need to think things through on your own.
