For the Disney Club Fathers Day Contest! [link]The lovable Little Green Men can't get enough of their "spud" of a dad. Mr. Potato Head doesn't look too happy, but deep down he loves his adopted children.
No one really ever thinks of Mr. Potato Head as being a Disney Father, but he is a very special one. He commits a self-less act of saving these annoying squeaky toys in Toy Story 1 and they are so grateful that they stick by his side as his children. In the 3rd Toy Story movie they finally return the favor by in turn being the heroes and saving the whole gang from the furnace. Although their personalities might not be ideal, they are a lovable bunch!

You're right, Potato Head isn't the first thing people think of when they think Disney fathers lol, maybe due to the fact he didn't 'accept' them until TS3. But aww, they're so adorable ;w; (Quoting Mrs, who did seem to accept them quicker). I guess you could say he didn't only save them from being thrown out the window, but also from their lonely lives being a car accessory. Now they know what it's like to be played with and have a family
