I know that but technically conduit powers are not really dampened they're just blocked.

Easy i used One of the Shirtless Models Put Scout In the Uber Skin Used The Crit Tool On him And The Glow Tool Plus For The Electrick Wave I Used some of These Tf2 Effects From the workshop I Used The Uber Gun Plus I Colered Some Pistols Clear Then used The Crit tool
