Took me a bit longer than normal to do this one, since the Hurricane intervened, but I got it done.The guys in brown uniforms are from CONASUR, the Coalición de Naciones Suramericanas, also referred to as the Southern Coalition, one of the nonaligned superpowers in the 6-Commando universe, which nevertheless sends teams of "observers" to every corner of the globe, to ensure that South American interests are protected. Huh here’s a thought why not put the English subs with the native language but separate them with these () so that way some of us might not have question marks every time a speaker says something in a different language.

I was going for a "Bridge Too Far" effect. A big part of the story is NOT understanding what other people are doing or saying ant the extent to which that confusion leads to conflict.
