A little penguin I uploaded to go with the really cute one drawn by ~Kassy-katit is made entirely out of Qualatex brand balloons

All it needs is a funny Latin T-shirt and it will be ready for the NC State JCL convention! xD
Perhaps I should explain. (In fact, I definitely need to explain.)
The JCL is the Junior Classics League--basically the Latin (as in carpe diem) club on a national scale. The JCL is for high school students taking Latin classes, and each year there is a state convention. Every year I participated, one school brought with them a GIANT INFLATABLE PENGUIN wearing a T-shirt with a funny Latin slogan or something. It became somewhat of a tradition/in-joke amongst the class of 2009 Latin students.
And so when I saw this...it immediately reminded me of the JCL penguin. xD
