I think this could better describe Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's World of Light difficulty settings now that there's a "Very Easy" mode...that wasn't needed to be added.Related content

Very Easy is kinda useful if you want to beat the Legend Spirit so easily.

First, I don't even have any game consoles anymore; I just watch gameplay on YouTube now.
Second, I checked the wiki; "Very Easy" mode doesn't have anything to do with acquiring the Mew Spirit.

Soooo... going through the entire three phases of the final battle without losing a single stock/fighter in any of them (the ascend, Boss Rush, and the battle with both Galeem and Dharkon) in Very Easy Mode does NOT grant you the Mew Spirit? Is that what I'm hearing?

Quoting the ssb wiki, the methods of getting the Mew Spirit are:
•Complete Challenge (Adventure): Win in the final round without being KO'd.
•Battle via Spirit Board (unlocked after obtaining spirit once)
•Purchase from the Vault Shop for 15,000G (unlocked after obtaining spirit once)
