Well, the American Splatoon 2 Splatfest for October 2017 seems to be a far better controversy than the toilet paper theme (but I think I like the Japanese one; "Power vs. Stamina", to which I'd go for Power; my days of playing Mario & Luigi games with constantly bonusing up the attack Power led to quick and easy Boss fights is my excuse for that,along with having Imaginator gear with the highest ATK stats possible for Skylanders). If this "Vampire vs. Werewolves" Splatfest was being represented by Skylanders, Roller Brawl and Sensei Wolfgang would no doubt be the best candidates. ...Too bad for what Pearl said about Werewolves; so much for any ideas I might've had for Wolfgang or Sal supporting Off The Hook out (or at least Pearl). Drat.Also, if I were to choose, I probably go with werewolves because I'd only have to endure that curse once every full moon (and/or take medication like Professor Lupin did) instead of having to sleep through the entire dang day (due to the risk of getting turned to dust from sun exposure) when I've got work to do! Though probably every Inkling could relate to being a vampire because of the near-accurate teeth style.
...Although in terms of Skylanders, I like Roller Brawl better (I'm somewhat of a feminist; my favorites are Hex, Ninjini and Knight Mare but please don't ship me with anyone).

Well, I'd consider Twilight Sparkle of the Magic Element, not Undead. In fact, the Skylanders Wiki even states that the Magic Element's symbol slightly resembles her Cutie Mark.

Unsure; I'm actually currently working on my own projects and such. It's okay; I tend to have writer's block myself on what to do for my videos and pictures but I usually come up with something. ...Then again, in certain cases I'm in, specifically coming up with character models that are near-perfect replicas of the 2D pictures, I actually am getting help with someone because I can't figure out certain functions to modeling programs on my own. You however seem to be wanting help with a completely blank slate, so I'm just not sure what to do about that but that doesn't mean you have nothing to work with yourself.
I myself use all sorts of programs for my projects: Garry's Mod, Movie Studio Platinum 13.0, paint.net, and Microsoft PowerPoint are what I usually use on a regular basis. And I find all sorts of media from anywhere around the internet, along with editing some here and there with my already-named programs above. Yet doing my own drawings is something I rarely do nowadays on my laptop (and no more on actual paper). However, that's just me.
I think it's probably a better idea to try and get inspired on your own, which isn't that hard (at least for me because I'm a college graduate with a degree in creative writing). Inspiration is all over the place and it usually starts with you catching your eye on something or listing about whatever. In your case for example, you seem to like Roller Brawl from the Skylanders franchise. There's png pics of her, along with YouTube gameplay videos, other fan art and whatnot. Hopefully that could be a decent start, at least concerning that and if not, then maybe something else. It's your choice, really.

You're welcome. And yes, I am quite a bit of a fan of Skylanders and Splatoon, despite not playing any of the games (except for my "Skylanders: Creator" app).
