I was several times on the verge to abandon this artwork while drawing it, but seeing it finished i am very glad i didn`t.yep.

This is a very interesting concept that you portrayed perfectly. It's not easy to come up with something like that and portray it so effortlessly as you did. I especially like your style for the hands and the water. It looks real but stylistic at the same time. You did a great job on the shading as well. Congrats on the DD, you most certainly deserve it. And good thing you didn't give up on it! It was worth the perseverance!

I'm taking a random guess, but does this symbolise how people take water for granted, and others would do anything for it?
Either way, this is an amazing piece of art. very detailed and meaningful

its not about the water, that ecosystem is hung by a thread, if we ask to much of it, the string will break, and how can you repair something like that? people only know how to take and destroy most the time, this image tells us to learn to spare and create. see what it means now?

The first thing that crossed my mind when I saw this (or the preview to be exact) was the rich giving to the poor. From the rich's perspective the money they donate seems small and insignificant, but from the poor's perspective what ever they receive is great and highly valuable.
On a closer look when I opened the full view it seems to have a different message, yet still slightly relevant.
