CC/CIC-0047-4191, also known by his designated codename Flintlock, was a Clone Marshal Commander within the Grand Army of the Republic and Clone Intelligence Commando within Republic Intelligence, he serves as the overall corps commander of the 801st Intelligence Corps.

Flintlock was born and trained on Kamino in 32 BBY, he was selected into the Experimental Intelligence Commando program after recieveing praise from his Mandalorion instructor during his training on Kamino, and was noted by Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas as being an exceptional cadet, which later paved his way into the Clone Commander and Advanced Recon Commando program. He would later be put in command of the 801st Intelligence Corps after his overall training was completed on Kamino. Eventually, Flintlock would serve under Quarren Jedi General Loppak Churok during the First Battle of Geonosis up until his and the 801st's screened deployment into Separatist space. He would later develope an extremely brutal cold and sadistict personality towards his adversaries, commanding officers, and brothers, which earned him the nickname of "The Sadist" by Republic Command, and "The Republic's Wardog" by the Confederacy of Independant Systems. Throughout the 2 years of the Clone Wars, Flintlock and the 801st conducted numerous Covert and Black Operations on the battlefield and in Confederate Worlds to provide vital information for Republic Intelligence. In 19 BBY, Flintlock is responsible for assassinating Separatist Corporate Alliance Representative Pro-War Senator Voe Atell on Raxus using a specialized suppressed sniper rifle, while erasing an evidence of his existance on the planet while exfiltrating. As of 18 and 17 BBY, Flintlock continues to conduct Covert and Black Operations in CIS-controlled space alongside the 801st.
