Main character from the manga/anime Ranma 1/2, a story about an arranged marriage between two martial artist families, only the Groom, in this case, fell into a cursed spring that turns him into a girl any time he's splashed by cold water(needing to be splashed with warm or hot water to turn back into a guy). The manga has him deal with a bunch of mystical enemies in sometimes serious sometimes ridiculous ways and the anime sort of just focuses on the martial arts aspect a leaves out most of the mystical plotlines. It's done by the same author who did Inuyasha if you've heard of that.
