That actually brings up a question: why doesn't garnet have 4 arms?

It's been implied by the series that the more cooperative and harmonious a fusion is, the less excess body parts it has. Also it seems like for fusions of two gems they either have four eyes or four arms but never both (Opal has four arms but two eyes, Garnet has two arms but three eyes, Rainbow Quartz has two arms but four eyes).
