For Skinny, I feel like you're right about giving her the Pink Diamond too, but just to be safe I'm going to just keep the Blue Diamond only. I honestly don't know if they ever confirmed that.
For Jasper's hair, I've always liked the half shaved hair style. In addition, I wanted to make it unique in some way, so I made the middle part bald to separate the long part and the short part of the hair.

Although I don't expect you to change your art, AT ALL(its perfect as is) , it was very much confirmed that Skinny, Carnelian, and the Famethyst did in fact belong to PD. Earth was her colony so all the gems made there were hers. Jasper says that PD was her Diamond in Crack the whip and since Skinny and Carnelian were made at the same Kindergarten that means they too belong to PD. It was also stated by Holly Blue in the space adventure episodes that all the gems there were PD's.
But I always thought that the side hair thing was pretty cool too. My hairs just so long I couldn't bring myself to cut ANY of it! (Except for trims)

Technically, wouldn't Skinny have the pink diamond too? Since she, Carnelian, and the Famethyst were originally Pink Diamond's soldiers?
