I'd say this is the best picture of Commander Zilyana I have yet to see. The wings look somewhat mechanical, almost like they are armored, decorative, or maybe a bit of decoration that is simultaneously useful for flight. The way you shadowed her skin is quite realistic, the softness of it adds to her femininity.
Also it must be said I absolutely love that shield

The wings were very rushed, so was the shield but it seems you like it ^^
I didn't look at much reference at the time, I guess. But I did like this picture some time ago xD Now I just know I can do better

I understand the feeling well...essentially everything I draw disappoints me because I know I could do so much better...I'm just lazy, haha.
Perhaps at the time this was the best you could do, and it's time for a re-visit, eh? Another picture of Commander Zilyana is always welcome

absolutely amazing! Again, I saw this on youtube too, and was like... hehe! I must admit though in the vid, when you f1t started the face, and put hair on it, the face looked.... a little bit.....mannish! But then u changed it nd i was like O.O coingratz!
