Is this modeled after how he looked in Street Fighter II V? Because it's really reminding me of that. Anywho, nicely done! I feel Dhalsim is a greatly underappreciated character. He's what I like to call a "violent pacifist".

Technically he's actually Brown (since he's an Indian), not Black, but ya, he's definitely got the stretchy thing goin' on.
