In one corner of the Multiverse, a couple misses the boat...And the only way back to their own bodies.

"So now what?" Dean asked in Samantha's voice as he watched the cruise ship, the one that they were supposed to be on, sail away into the distance.
The young couple had saved up all year for a vacation cruise to Swap Island, the miraculous tropical paradise where you could swap bodies with anyone. You could swap with your partner, your kid, a complete stranger for a complete week! The only downside was that the only on or off the island was by the exclusive cruise ship, there were no airporsts and as the island was privately owned by Swap Corp. only their ship could dock at the resort. But that still didn't stop thousands of travelers from arriving every summer, the only time the resort was in operation. And there was so much to do even if you didn't just spend the whole experience having sex in a different body! Spas, the beach, a small waterpark and some thrill rides along with shops and a theater for both movies AND live performaneces and a five-star restaraunt, you were never bored on Swap Island. Of course, when the ship was getting ready to leave, the staff were pretty stern about everyone getting back on the boat. The cruise ship was where the body swaps actually happened and if you got left behind...Well, you were stuck there until the next cruise came in, or until next summer. Not to mention that the longer you stayed swapped...The less likely it was that you could turn back.
Which was something that Dean and Samantha were now learning the hard way. They'd read the departure time by mistake and had taken a romantic walk through the tropical jungle on the far side of the island, not realizing they were about to miss their one way home (and only way back into their original bodies) until the cruise ship's horn had bellowed. they'd ran for the beach as fast as possible only to arrive far too late. The ship was gone and they were stranded on the islands and in each other's bodies. And as they'd come on the final tour of the year...
Dean looked UP at his old body, worry in his borrowed eyes. His girlfreind simply sighed before laying back in the sand.
"I dunno, D. Guess We make the best of it. Probably a bad time to tell you that my body, er, you're pregnant. You're, uh, gonna be a mom. Surprise!" Sam said with a nervous chuckle, "I was gonna tell you on the way back"
"WHAT!?" Dean screamed in his new voice, and upon realizing that it was a full year until they even had a slight chance of switching back and all that implied, passed out in the sand.
