You did a great job with emphasizing chaos. The traffic and the position of the cars looks completely realistic, the laser appears as if it's doing no damage, and furthermore, the dark and fading lighting itself kinda implies the whole city is ablaze with smoke.

I love this pic, the blur of the yellow - orange car, and I noticed the scratch markes, did you use a harder brush with no paint to make that effect?
