Formatted it this way round so you can see it all with more ease. If you want to scroll along and read it as it is intended here is a link: [link]This was for a sequences project at university. For the red I actually used a "Wet Erase Chalk Marker" so thats why the scan is a little funky in parts. It looks a bit better in real life i might upload a photo of it all lined up on a wall at some point.
So let me know if the story makes any sense, I told myself I couldn't use any words and relied entirely on SYMBOLISM and stuuuff. It works in some places and fails in others.

Its the story of the frustrated artist ... the one that never quite grasps recognition of his art... even thought he goes throught different trends and techniques.
The end is but the snowball of frustration consequent of years of self doubt. Madness of the artist.
Its tuff to read but I get the way the story morphs. Its a memory of a life in 1 page.

I didn't get the ending until I read some comments. The rest of it made perfect sense, not that it really matters because the art is good enough to not even need a story hahaha. As usual great job

just watched the trailer for that film, looks amazing, I'ma buy it.
My tutors liked it, they said it was more mature than most of my work, which is think is a good thing. I'd like it to make a bit more sense and go into the artist's personal life and show some more background.

Fantastic use of symbolism, I'm sure a lot of artists can relate to this, I certainly do. This artist's work is criticized through out his whole life. He reaches his final breaking point when he's given negative criticism from a successful artist.
I really like how you tied the ending with the beginning, where those little red lines show he's starting to exist, then grows bigger from being a fetus. Then at the end his paintings become smaller, as he paints himself decaying, and ceases to exist.
This is really amazing, it makes total sense to me, and I can't see anything to add that can improve it.
