Little pattern i made for school, going to be illustrating JG Ballard's the island, this was just an uneducated riff on the title.Posting has been sparse lately just because i've been working on a new minicomic and will only post it when it is finished

yeah i've been trying to work it out, but i'm not sure how to do it properly, like make a square that repeats infinitely in all directions?

Glad I could be of service! Google found loads for me but this one seemed the most useful. It's a bit of a random website, but helpful none the less. Would be cool to see what you come up with. The example on the site is actually quite good aswell. You could either go crazy detailed like that one, or you could be more subtle about the design. Hell, I might have a go. I'll link you with a hand drawn repeat pattern, whenever I have the time to do it. It could be the next hot craze!! Forget TMNT, it's all about wallpaper these days!! LOLZ.

FUCKIN COOL! it looks like it could be a pattern for the inside of a book cover, ya know? with all the muted colours and all. would look nice. i like the teal and the style of the skull..
i havent done anything in ages - what did they say on thurs about this project? if possible i might try and make some sorta grizzly gore cat childrens book with the story x
