Description
After finally purchasing Paint Tool Sai I decided to do some serious colouring, starting with one of my favorite OC's. This is HEAVY influence from HTK X_x'' I just can't seem to get it out of my head (or hand rather)BAD HAND. NO.
I stopped counting hours... >_> I'm just gonna go on a limb and say 10 hours... >_>
EDIT: Gave her skin more life, colored the lines, and added a dark background.

Very cute and really cool job on the skin.
I'm usually pretty uncertain about using orange hues for skin since it reminds me about being a kid and only having orange in your pencil kit but I really want to give it a go now.

I have to say it looks much better now then on the white background. Without the black lines it looks more 3d-ish as well. Excellent Update.

You can rotate canvas without distortion quality.
You can zoom at any size without distortion of quality.
Blending is outrageously easy.
Program loads in a matter of seconds (think 3 seconds)
Makes linework a hell of a lot easier.
It's just really easy. At least for me it is.

Well, I want to keep what I know but work more on originality based on color combinations, line work, design aspects, and interactions with surroundings (which means I'm gonna have to work just as hard on my backgrounds).
