Ok, so, a week or two ago, I found out that a new live-action Ninja Turtles movie is being planned for 2011.
I'm really excited, I hope its good!! The very first movie was, and is, my all time favorite Turtles thing ever created. Even though I know that this new one, if it doesn't fall through, won't be like the first one.
The new movie is supposedly going to be based even more closely on the first issue(s) of the original comics. Which means, the Turtles' origin story all over again. Which I kiiinda don't get, because that's what the first movie basically was; their origin, intro and defeat of Shredder, and intro to April. Although some details were switched around.
I THINK there was mention of maybe getting Baxter and the Mousers in the movie as well?? Fuckin' sweet.
So yes, real people and guys in turtle costumes, with some cg.
So anyway! Omg I drew teeth! *gasp*
I'm rather proud of how these turned out, considering how difficult the Turtles are for me to draw.

Hi! I'm so very sorry for such a late response. Β I did actually use a scene from the first movie for reference, but only for the top right sketch- its Leo~! Β Just for the angle of the head; I tried to draw the rest of him in my own style.

That is amazing... I am in awe at your pencil shading! Your teeth are amazing but what I think is more awesome is how fluid and emotion filled your pictures are despite only being in pencil. Not a lot of people can channel that. Please keep drawing for yourself!

I've heard that the turtles would be CG and everyone else would be live action. which I would personally prefer.

I had not heard about the movie! I'm so excited! 
The bottom sketch is far and away my favorite, but the other two look good to me, too. The one's left shoulder looks a little disproportionate, but still far and away better than I could ever do. (*Is full of phail for helpful critiques.*
