Here go with the first ( second) look at Vendetta. She provides a interesting design problem. Is she the female punisher, maybe..Misty Knight template..not intentional. But what she is, is a woman looking to take back what has been taken from here by every means available to her. I wanted her look to be tactical and leather as she is geared for action not sex appeal.I need to work on her color scheme a bit more..I was going Red/Black but didn't want any dead pool influences, and black and white would invite the Punisher comments as well.
so please if you have any suggestions on her suit, please feel free to fire some thoughts out there for me.
Her hair..that is probably the one theme to invoke the Misty Knight comparisons. All i can say is...tough lol. Often times, black females are presented with long straight hair, mostly because it's sexier honestly, but not realistic. So she might not rock Afro Puffs all the time, but she will have a natural look to her hair.
Otherwise, her she is...Hell has no fury like a women scorned indeed!

I think she looks good, but I agree the color choices for her outfit definitely have a Deadpool vibe. I like the style of her outfit though. I also like the fro pom-poms, but that's something else I have to agree on; it's so hard to steer away from long straight hair on black female characters, and yet it's just as hard to sometimes find a realistic black hairstyle that you can easily use or like. This is a problem I have been running up against for years myself.

Going back to the lab with her look. She is a women bent on vengeance, so the sex appeal needs to be toned down, and designed for action and kicking ass. So certain things just need to be right in my mind, No skirts or shorts, no kind of boob windows and needless exposed skin.
As id was I felt weird leaving her midriff open
But that lead me to the full body leather catsuits, which have been done to death, but yet...they make the most sense when it comes to this kind of character.
So I am reworking her hair, just visually to close to Misty for my taste, despite loving the look. And I also forgot the new lady Iron Man will have a natural look as well..Going to try her with a short cut and see how that goes
and also going to try to research a long forgotten female ass kicker in Aeon Flux and see what I can pick up from that suit

yellow always appealed to me with black characters...luke cage's yellow shirt.....her maybe being bald or short hair would remove the misty thing

I slept on it, and resolved myself to go with a completely different plan B. I am ditching the hair.Going to try a short haircut, and trying a single color suit and see how that goes with her.

Sweet! But I thin I going to go back to the lab with this look, I don't want her to be mushed with Misty. I am thinking a nice short cut like Nia Long, or Jada pinkest had when they were younger
