For those of you that may not know today August 21st (or if you're from the future it was today) there was a solar eclipse visible at least throughout the United States as far as I was concerned (not sure if it was visible anywhere else in the world)ΒPersonally I didn't get to witness the eclipse myself, but I'm sure it was cool for like 10 seconds or something.

This eclipse happend 1 day before my birthday Β , but i live in Maine so i couldn't see the full one tho

Don't feel too bad, I didn't see it either, although that was more by choice.
Plus I didn't have the proper gear to view the eclipse since everyone around me was saying that if you were to stare directly at it your eyes would melt off, or something like that.

Well technically the moon did make the temperature coolerΒ Β
I was actually in the path of totality, I saw the total eclipse. It was for about two minutes. It was cool.
I'm gonna try to draw it.

I got to see it! I saw the corona! It was beautiful!

It made a weird shadow on my job's parking lot. As well as some pretty weird looking glare.
