And actually its not a photo, thats why the knots are so unevenly drawn
Used a small coarse brush for the knots, a big soft one for her body, and a small 1px brush for the piercing, with a circle marquee to constrain its shape.
I added the film grain in this remix so it looks a bit more real and not so fake looking as the original version. I'll post that one up to so everyone can see the difference the grain makes.

Excellent picture, it so well portrays the emotion of the presence of a woman, so binding, so breathtaking, so beautiful... you feel so ensnared and entangled by the way she looks, and the way she is, the way she looks at you, and her depth. I think this portrays it all (well except the look bit, if there had been a face with an ensnaring look, she would've drawn me in, and I would've drowned and died.
