Hmm.. well, I've done it before.Which type of pastel is it?
If it's:
A. Chalk pastel
Spray it with that special acrylic spray and let it dry, so it doesn't smear
B. Oil pastel
Just make sure there are no extra chunks on the paper and smooth out the rough ends
