is one of the characters missing ink or something? It seems that all of the characters has a dark outline except for the top left pony, theΒ Purple Pony of Chaos lol. Better look at that

yeah, he is meant to look like that. sort of see through and ghost-like, but you'll have to ask *Purple-pony-of-Choas Β about that one. something to do with a split personality with Doug (the blue one on the right)
