pencil sketch with PS tweaks... download for the super-sized versioni've been really admiring Adam Hughes' work lately so i thought i'd try to emulate his style.
i admit i am totally biting his style.
but it is out of complete respect to his mastery.
because i'll be the first to say he's got me beat any day of the week...

Well I happen to like your own style, and I wouldn't say he's better. Maybe he knows a few tricks or things that you don't, because he's been with the programs longer or something, but don't discount your own stuff, because its GREAT! And I mean that, from the bottom of my little heart.
His work reminds me of Alphonse Mucha.
Which right now there's an absolutely stunning book on him at Barnes and Noble in the bargain section $14.95, I think, at least where I was. I'd pick it up if you like him and can afford it, its worth it!
