Every Boxelian must enlists to the army for at least 1-2 years, they cannot apply to any occupations without haven't served to the Great Fatherland first.
For example, to be Police officer, you must've served in the army for at least 1-2 and Boxelian only, which that mean all the Police and law enforcements in Boxelian Federation were all soldier before.

They're strength in numbers but weak without leader, every squad must've at least one squad leader on it. They have no experience in any real combats nor any battles but their prides in protect and fight for Fatherland are unbreakable.
