Just recently read "Gun seller" by Hugh Laurie. About "graduate" helicopter. First though this was it.

So many people obsessed with coaxial twin-rotor idea!

indeed it is interesting, it seems like a much more direct way of countering torque design-wise.

I was looking at that design while making this but i can't say it directly influenced anything on my design, even though i tried to draw inspiration from it. the only thing i was inspired by for the most part was the apache but that was really only for the sponsons. There does seem to be a few similarities between this and the KA-50.
