It looks too much like the previous one. I think it would look really cool if you turned it upside down and got rid of the mouth. That it could be easily passed off as an octopus or jellyfish.

Why don't you stick to do fakes this way? I really like this style. The lineart is very smooth and neat, the shading is amazing. This looks really good!

while i do like it , there could have been more 'upgrades' made as it evolved from Pollipot. is this the final evo, as in no stage 2? don't get me wrong - the design is great, but i feel like it could become a even stronger pkmn as a stage 1 (relatively little is different from its basic prevo).
