i have some suggestions

1 - the focal point:being the center of the image with the skeleton guy and the red warrior is lacking some...focus. what i mean is that this part should be highlighted a bit more with some more intensity to the colors.

the red warriors face is faded and getting lost with the dark background. i suggest you put some rim light around his face and left shoulder to make it stand out more.

2- the archer girls right hand is weird. I've seen some archers grab their arrows with the hand twisted like that, but they usually grab it from the wire of bow.the other reason it seems weird is that in that pose the hand almost seems relaxed, denying any sense tension the bow has. i suggest changing the pose of the hand to a more dramatic one this will give more power to her intended action.

3- green guys right hand. i can tell what the guy is doing but this is because i looked at the sketch version of the drawing. Here it looks odd and not clearly readable. juggling several bullets in his hand might be trait from this character but i suggest simplifying that, for the sake of clarity, to a simple round that his inserting into the gun.

But yeah, what if you varied the colors in some of the characters outfits so they aren't so separate?
