The ultimate wingman. Being the spawn of Witch & Hunkahunka , he's able to make anyone he chooses, irresistible to the sex they're attracted to. (within reason of course) The Rizzard is often seen hogging the TV to watch corny soap operas, and occasionally tormenting Jumba so he can find love again. Setting the evil genius up on blind dates, "pursuading" him to go with a barrage of fireballs slung from his wing-hands.
