This makes me wonder how they're going to reboot the x-men in the mcu. How many of the xmen does fox own?

Fox owns ALL of the X-Men and all other characters described as MUTANTS. Unless a deal can be made between Fox and Disney they will not appear in Avenger 3 Infinity War.
Filming has just begun on A4. Unless it is the best kept secret in Hollywood there is no chance of it happening.
