Description
So this is the color version (duh) of Decolletage; the Kilian Universe version of Powergirl. She's no angry self-conscious moron who leaves her tit cleavage hanging out for all to stare at for the self-destructive purposes of undermining ones own confidence. Oh no. She knows who she is, doesn't need to prove herself to anyone and has no daddy complex. Mentally, I'd equate her with Tom Strong. Now if I could just shoehorn her into my current story that would really be something.May re-color later.

It's hard not to think of her that way. Especially with her backstory (y'know once I actually commit it to paper), but, yeah; why not. You know, makes perfect sense when you think about it. Supergirl and Powergirl already have the red cape and they're constantly being predated sexually by fanboys and their artists. Why not go whole hog.
