(maybe one day he'll call you Uncle, Urban.)

Ace adopted Eras, like how he adopted the other 4 children. He named him Eras after his own father.

its a really old comic- so its not really cannon to the universe. But he had a slight dislike for Urban when Eras was adopted, mainly because he had major trust issues for anybody else that wasn't Ace.Β
