Are any of the icons included? (Please?) (Or, if someone would, please!, Email them to me?) Lastly, and I apologize for all the questions; any chance of a sub with the buttons on the right? I have terrible double vision, made much worse by a devistating Nerve Disease (RSD) (I'm way too lucky lol). So, It's like impossible for me to get used to the left-side buttons.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I actually toyed with the idea of making right sided glyphs but it would have taken away the effect of it being a mac skin. This skin is also availble in VS by susumu and has right sided glyphs if thats any good to u
