Please, for the love of God, forgive me for this lol. This is purely for fun=PoulNyrup made a comment that Windows 3.11 reminded him of the good old days and thought a skin based on it would be cool. This is the result of me listening to him lol
Windows 3.11 never had a close button or a taskbar so I have created them as though they were originally with it and have tried to replicate every little quirk of an old OS for a new OS. It might look like a simple skin but this was actually quite challenging for some strange reason
I've even tried to make the preview in the same style.

Some quirks are present, but nothing that will sabotage the user's experience.
As htfcuddles said, though, converting it to .msstyles format would make it even better for those not willing to purchase or go through the process of hacking WindowBlinds!

You said "Who needs Areo,...". But XP doesn't have areo, it has a theme called Luna. You might want to fix that.

Oh another amazing thing is that, I am experiencing both Windows 7 and Windows 3.11 look at the same time!
For Windows 7 part, I use viglance thanks to Leesoft.
And for Windows 3.11 part, I used your theme and it works perfectly no bugs and the superbar and full start orb is still there! Thanks a lot, hope you will make a skin that will transform XP into Windows 2000!

Amazing! I still have the box, the manual and the installation floppies 3.1 came on. I kind of miss it myself.When I had XP, I could actually transform the entire interface into a 3.1 clone, and as long as no-one bumped the bottom of the screen to reveal the telltale taskbar it was a dead ringer! I hope other old-timers enjoy this as much as I do!
