Finally finished!!! however i rushed it majoly towards the end got fed up of working on this one hahalemme know what you guys think

Well, I think it is really awesome. You must have worked a lot on it. If I may say some things:
- Its a bit difficult to distinguish, to make out, to discern the broken bridge pieces, their edges. It's mixing with the road (I'm using wordreference.com lol and improving my vocabulary 
- your textures are awesome, especially the two sidewalks at left (down left and mid-left). But I think, for the rest of the picture, that you can improve them (especially at the right side of the picture)
- maybe to improve the contrasts a bit more, but the pic is clear enough, I think.
Anyways, special congrats for that awesome work. How much time did it took you ?

Brilliant feedback! thank you my friend! yeah see the problem is here i did the left side quite a while ago and i recently did the right side and i think i lost my touch for most of it D:!! i shall keep this for future reference when it comes to future editing, i have about 20 more or so of these to do haha XD and it took me a long time!!! XD i cant remember how long
