The alternative title for this was going to be "Sailor Moon re-GIF" but I didn't want to dig up that month-old meme. Whole reason I was going to call it a "re-GIF" is because I've already seen a GIF of this scene once or twice on here, but then I said "hey, lemme do that, but BIGGER." Kinda planning to do that with OTHER anime girl feet GIFs I've seen on here where I add my own personal spin on them, not that I intend to take the thunder away from those posts but rather because I want to show what I would've done differently to show as much as I can with the 80MB limitation.

I've never watched Sailor Moon before—neither subbed nor dubbed—so the only context that I've gleaned from this scene (via subtitles from KissAnime) is that Usagi was teasing the idea that a friend of hers was getting kissy-kissy while out with some guy under an umbrella in the rain.
