I hope I translate it the right way:

1 pack of cookies
a bit butter

800g cream cheese
250ml cream
150g sugar
a bit vanilla sugar
4 eggs
40g starch (I use corn starch)

melt butter, crumble cookies, mix it and press into a baking form. bake for about 5 minutes.
Mix the rest together (except the starch), then gently fold the starch in.

bake for an hour with 180°C (preheated)

This is the basic recipe, I just added raspberries before baking.
I tried to get them to be in the middle of the cake, but they swim >.< xD
