My favorite out of all your redesigns ! It reminds me of the batman animated series one

I find that this scare crow did not live up to the standard of other one I have seen. This does have nice idea inside of it but the one think I dislike about this is the lab coat. It seams too bulky for this character. Now a good thing was the arms and mask. That seemed like it came from the arkum games which had ,in my opinion, the best scarecrow.

If I were to offer any constructive criticism, it's that his... lab coat? It causes there to be a rather big chunk of solid color. Maybe some patches or something to creak it up would help.
