That is very sinister and creepy. It kind of reminds me of those Gollum creatures in the film The Descent for some reason.

So grim, so much tension! Great contrast, if matches perfectly the ambience! The shape, the creature itself, seems like an unfortunate alchemy experience, like Nina from Full Metal Alchemist.
 A really powerfull ambience matches the creature on a way that I could dare to describe as a psychological portrait, like the ancient romans used to sculpt.
