You seem to draw Sonic characters more than Mega Man characters. Bass looks off, sort of fat. still better than average, but I'd say needs some work.

First of all, I know both Sonic and Megaman universes very well(for >10 years) and I love both of them. But let's face facts. Sonic characters defy physics more than DBZ characters do.
That means bass has to DEFEAT their opponents for sure to gain access to their powers.
Even if he could steal shadow's special powers, he can't copy shadow's strength, durability, speed, and other base stats, which surpasses Bass' stats significantly
*SPOILER ALERT*
Last but not least, according to the researches of Death Battle, METAL SONIC can destroy both Eggman's and Wily's army, along with Bass.

Shadow > Sonic
Sonic > Metal Sonic
Metal Sonic > Bass
Shadow > Bass
Don't get me wrong, Bass is my favorite character in Network Series.

Sorry, but he has a point. Bass's copy ability doesn't work the same way Metal Sonic's does (Metal Sonic can copy data by just watching them when Bass needs a direct contact), so he can't copy Shadow's moves. And even if he could, most of his moves require either the ability to move at sound speeds or utilizing Chaos Energy. Bass doesn't have either of these.

I'm a fan of both. It's just the facts. Shadow has the power to demolish a fleet of spaceships in mere seconds. Just his Chaos Blast attack is enough to deliver some severe damage to any robot. Not to mention his power to teleport and freeze time. Just explain me what countermeasure Bass has against that.

My point is that Bass, having many weapons, could use a Magic Card from Magic Man, to instantly swipe a Chaos Emerald out of Shadow's hand and absorb its power.

Shadow doesn't need to hold an Emerald in his hands to access its power. Besides, how can Bass aim at someone who moves faster than sound and stops time? Shadow will JUST DODGE!

Bass can equip himself with FlashMan's weapon which basically does the same thing.

That still won't give him speed of sound, so Shadow has overwhelming speed advantage.

Bass has access to over 100 different weapons of ice, fire, electricity, time stopping etc.

He can only access one at a time and has limited energy for their usage. Shadow was just fine dealing with a similar robot: Emerl The Gizoid, who was powered by the Chaos Emeralds and could not only copy other attacks, but even combine and improve them. Besides, out of all these weapons is there one that can guarantee Bass's victory?
