i think it looks nice
then we can use our side ways version of the out dated papyrus and just take the cape
but i like it

for the sideways version you should keep the cape down and flat
maybe when he is walking or running there could be the animation of the cape moving but don't put a lot of effort to make the cape have a personality. just make a pixelated LINE instead of a bulky thing
