I lightened up her skin tone a bit to a more golden, yellowish hue (it was pretty dark to begin with), and I gave her a slightly altered and hand-drawn texture for the face. I also did her eye-makeup--dramatic, yet natural tones. Thickened the brows and give her smaller irises to give off a seductive look.
